I ordered a cookie especially for a Birthday on a specific date. Firstly the cookie arrived a day late and secondly it was so smashed up it was inedible!!

On Collection was told they had no bags! I had to walk in a very busy town holding the cookie, then getting on to a bus! Got home looked at the cookie and the writing was not straight looked a bit of a mess! Other then that the cookie did taste nice

I ordered a birthday cookie on line for my daughter. DHL delivered it the day before her birthday - on the hottest day in history. The driver had so many deliveries to complete that ignored the "Fragile" and "Keep Flat" instructions on the box. The cookie was a pile of warm dough squashed to one side of the box.
I telephoned Millie's - even though it was not their fault - as I could not contact DHL. A delightful Scots girl told me exactly what to do. The following day I received an email telling me that the payment would be reimbursed. Excellent service - from Millie's, but NOT DHL.

Millies Cookies where great , communicated the orders very well has 5 cookies for clients to be delivered next day. 4 out of the 5 cookies made it, 1 went missing on a DPD delivery.

Turned up between booked time to collect the birthday cookie I had ordered, it looked fab except I’d ordered it in blue and white and the one in front of me was pink!!! I said it’s the wrong colour and could they please rectify it, they said yea no problem come back in 10 mins.
I arrive back after about 10 minutes to a cookie that now had blue writing with pink on the top!!! I said to them if I’ve just told you I ordered blue and white writing why would you then do blue and pink!!
They then tried to say on the click and collect order it said blue and pink! If it said blue and pink why then initially did you do it pink and white? They couldn’t answer this question.
In the end I asked them to go over the pink with blue , it wasn’t perfect but it looked better. But because there was now 3 layers of icing on top it was very easy to squash the icing with the box.
I won’t go to Millie’s again, but the person who it was for was very happy with it in the end.

Dhl cancelled delivery and delivered the next working day which was the Monday as I wanted the cookies for the Friday for a birthday party had to rush out last minute and buy a cake, recieved the cookies the large ones and was given as a gift today and they don't taste the same they taste a bit stale i usually love these cookies amd I know its not down to you it's the courier company I have emailed the other day but had no reply since

Excellent company ordered one for my daughters birthday. Was delicious. Communication was great, ready to collect at stated time.

The cookie delivered was for my daughters 18th birthday but was smashed to the point it was unrecognizable

Cookie was bought as a cake for my mums birthday. First of all it came a day letter than arranged. So she had no cake for her birthday. Secondly, it arrived melted and squished writing is barely readable. Really disappointed and annoyed wouldn’t buy again :(
